This is a VEMCO 3500-18" Detailer Mechanical Drafting Machine Scale Arm by Vemco Corp. Made in the U.S.A. Model 3500/18". The serial number is 910358 T. The description does not specify whether it is for right or left-handed use, but based on our research of other listings, the left-handed models are indicated on the description sticker "LH," which is not included in ours. 

CONDITION: It is pre-owned but in good condition. It has minor scratches but nothing significant or broken. One of the plastic scales is missing. Please see the attached photos.
