RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
We have a 30-days policy after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that was received, unused, with the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase. Please do not start a return before you contact us at mfo@americasabella.com. Your return will send at your own shipping expenses.
Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged to evaluate the situation and address it quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Keep in mind that some unique ornaments are not reproduced.
Refunds
We will notify you once the return is received and inspected, letting you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded. Please, keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
